Boasting 5,000 square feet of indoor venues, we offer a number of unique settings for events ranging from 10 to 220 guests. Blue Water Ballroom - The hotel’s newly renovated Ballroom is a picturesque 3,000-square-foot facility overlooking Lake Ontario, complete with built-in surround sound and wireless microphone system. With an additional 2,000-square-foot outdoor patio directly adjacent to the Ballroom, guests can enjoy the outdoors and a view of the Brant Street Pier and spectacular waterfront. With its distinctive mosaic-tiled fireplace, the 800 square-foot Blue Water pre-function area offers perfect pre-event gathering space for receptions, registration or distinctive food & beverage presentations. The Blue Water Ballroom can also be divided into three identical sections of 1,000 square feet each.

Marine Boardroom - This newly renovated boardroom can accommodate up to 12 people and offers a 40” TV with laptop connectivity.

Cobalt Boardroom - This newly renovated boardroom can accommodate up to 12 people and offers a 40” TV with laptop connectivity.

Azure Boardroom - This newly renovated boardroom can accommodate up to 12 people and offers a 40” TV with laptop connectivity.

Indigo Boardroom – This newly renovated, natural-light-infused boardroom can accommodate up to 10 people board and offers a 50” TV with laptop connectivity

Aqua Boardroom - This newly renovated boardroom can accommodate up to 10 people and offers a 50” TV with laptop connectivity.

Complimentary A/V equipment includes easels, extension cords and power bars, flip charts (one per room) and podiums. A/V equipment available at an additional cost includes extra flip charts, an LCD projector, screens and a conference phone. Additional A/V services and equipment can be arranged by the hotel through Stagevision Audio Visual Services Inc.
